Influenza is a highly contagious and infectious respiratory disease, but you can protect yourself and others.

By following some simple and effective steps, you can reduce your risk and stay healthy:

  1. Get your annual flu shot at Algonquin Pharmasave

  2. Wash your hands frequently with soap and  warm water

  3. Keep your hands away from your face

  4. Cough and sneeze into your arm, not your hand

  5. If you get sick, stay home and rest until your symptoms are gone

  6. Keep common surface areas clean and disinfected
